Return & Refund Policy

At Elite Trader Center, we specialize in collectibles including trading cards, sealed products, comics, and pop-culture items. Due to the nature of collectible goods, our return policy is structured to protect both the buyer and seller.

1. All Sales Are Final on Sealed Products

All sealed items (including but not limited to booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins, UPCs, blisters, and factory-sealed cases) are final sale once shipped.

We do not accept returns on sealed items that have been opened, tampered with, or altered in any way.


2. Trading Cards & Singles

All single cards and graded cards are sold as-is.

Condition is described to the best of our ability and supported with photographs when applicable.
We do not accept returns based on disagreements in grading opinion.


3. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

If insurance was purchased, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility for review.


4. Incorrect Item Received

If we made an error and sent the wrong item:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• The item must remain unopened and in original condition
• We will provide return instructions

Once the item is returned and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued.


5. Return Eligibility (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

• Item must be unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Shipped back within 7 days of approval

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was ours.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We document all items prior to shipment. Fraudulent claims, chargebacks without communication, or item tampering will be disputed with supporting evidence.
