Shipping policy
TCG TARES AND RIPS
This is a common issue as items are shipped directly to us from Pokemon and other manufactures. This is not a reason for a refund or store credit.
1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ BE DELIVERED?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process and ship. We are always doing our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible!
2. WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Currently we ship anywhere within Canada and the United States of America. Certain products cannot be shipped to the United States of America due to publisher restrictions

REGULAR ORDERS
We offer a variety of different shipping options to meet your needs. If the value of your order meets or exceeds $3000.00 before taxes and shipping charges, it will be eligible for free shipping.
Flat rate Shipping in Canada on all order up to 1.5Kg of $14.99
These parcels are sent via Canada Post, All orders come with tracking.

These parcels are sent via Canada Post / USPS or UPS
5. Local Delivery
Local delivery for the areas of Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, and some of the surrounding areas are eligible for local delivery. we charge a Flat rate of $5 for this service but does have a minimum order requirement of $75. Orders placed before 12pm MT time will be delivered same day(Monday-Friday), orders placed after this time will be delivered next business day between the hours of 1-7pm.
6. Packaging
we take care in the way we handle are products. we want them to be received in the same condition as they left us. Everything is packed in a corrugated box surrounded by packing. Smaller items such as Booster packs order in quantity of 3 or less will be shipped in a bubble envelope between two sheets of carboard.
7. DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel,
If you receive a damaged product, Please notify us by email at Info@elitetradercenter.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
Please provide pictures of the Damaged Product, If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier.
Please note, there will be no refunds on ripped boxes.
8. QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes made to your order. This pertains to and is not limited to "buyouts" and other orders involving the sale of high demand products.
